Production Manager

All of it Now is actively seeking a production manager with strong organizational and operational fluency to help oversee event-oriented projects, and the management of our active warehouse space.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with clients regarding project requirements and logistics
  • Coordinate production logistics with equipment, staffing, and shipping vendors
  • Coordinate production logistics with internal production team
  • Provide accurate time estimates for production logistics
  • Assist in evaluating feasibility of proposals
  • Work within company guidelines for project formatting / team workflow
  • Inventory management

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of production experience
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to lead and manage a team
  • Ability to balance multiple projects

Notch Specialist

All of it Now prides itself in being at the forefront of generative graphics for concerts, live events, and interactive installations. To keep up with exponentially growing demands for Notch content, we are actively seeking Notch Specialists to join our design / production team.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with design team to generate assets, animations, design materials
  • Provide accurate time estimates for content generation / feature requests
  • Assimilate existing Notch projects from team members
  • Work within company guidelines for project formatting / team workflow
  • Generate video assets for social media / company marketing

Requirements:

  • Keen design sense
  • Flexible and receptive to critique
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines

Qualifications:

  • Working knowledge of Cinema 4D / Blender
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud Suite

Producer / Project Manager

All of it Now is looking for a self-motivated and team oriented individual to manage projects from conception to execution, while conveying company values and collective vision. Projects can consist of any variation of the following: equipment rental, technology pioneering, content creation, onsite production, video operation, and client and team management. The opportunities coming through the pipeline are exciting, challenging, and inspirational.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with sales manager and the client to shape project vision, conceptualize potential results, and manage expectations
  • Understanding of creative process
  • Pro-active problem-solving abilities.
  • Develop timeline and deliverables schedule to most efficiently drive job completion through daily workflow
  • Motivate, support and oversee the team, ensuring that KPIs are upheld and surpassed whenever possible
  • Coordinate client and team meetings as needed with the ability to articulate ideas and progress clearly
  • Maintain quality assurance for all deliverables and the final product
  • Manage contracts, budgets, accounting, and cost analysis for each project
  • Inspire better workflow process and work with company operations to implement best practices and procedures

Information Technologist

All of it Now is seeking an IT wizard to join our multifaceted team and assist with maintaining computer and network systems. There will be frequent opportunities to be involved with system design and cutting edge video technologies.

Responsibilities:

  • Installing and configuring computer hardware, firmware, and software
  • Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and network administration
  • Troubleshoot system and network issues related to both hardware and software
  • Talk staff or clients through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the phone
  • Manage purchasing, organization, and maintenance of IT inventory
  • Create procedural documentation, user manuals, and relevant reports
  • Support roll-out of new applications
  • Test and evaluate new technology

Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience in IT support

Motion Designer

All of it Now is looking for experienced Motion Designers to join our diverse team of creatives. We’re a small studio that tackles BIG jobs, so if you’re keen on pushing the boundaries of design and making awe-inspiring work, this might be the job for you.

Responsibilities:

Studio Manager

All of it Now is seeking a studio manager to keep our exciting work environment operating smoothly. The perfect fit would be a self-starting individual with the drive to improve workflow and deploy better processes as an essential part of a thriving design studio.

Responsibilities:

  • Direct oversight of the operations of the studio
  • Create a warm / inviting space for staff and clients
  • Monitor and manage facility maintenance and modification
  • Ensure studio cleanliness and appearance
  • Manage general office email, correspondence, and scheduling
  • Assist with travel arrangements and daily logistics

Video Operator

Ever since our founding, All of it Now has found itself at the helm of video operation. Beyond design work, we are constantly on-set or backstage making sure that everything is running as it should be. We are currently seeking experienced video operators to help us bring that AOIN tradition to bigger and more exciting stages.

Responsibilities:

  • Timelining of video and content assets
  • Organization and evaluation of received video assets
  • Previz generation
  • Projector Speccing
  • LED programming

Requirements:
