IT SPECIALIST

All of it Now is seeking an IT wizard to join our multifaceted team and assist with maintaining computer and network systems. There will be frequent opportunities to be involved with system design and cutting edge video technologies.

Responsibilities:

Installing and configuring computer hardware, firmware, and software
Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and network administration
Engineer and plan for new and existing installations.
Work on cross-functional teams to iterate creative/technical solutions
Troubleshoot system and network issues related to both hardware and software
Talk staff or clients through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the phone
Manage purchasing, organization, and maintenance of IT inventory
Create procedural documentation, user manuals, and relevant reports
Support roll-out of new applications
Test and evaluate new technology

Requirements:

3+ years experience in IT support
Strong communication skills, written and verbal
Excellent organizational skills
Advanced use and troubleshooting of PC / Windows systems
Proficiency with network administration and system design
Familiarity with rack equipment and rack layout
Familiarity with cloud based services and integrations
Familiarity with safety standards and practices
Familiarity with A/V systems architecture and broadcast signal deployment

Qualifications:

Certifications in Windows admin and network administration are a plus
Familiarity with video standards
Familiarity with various media server software (disguise / d3, Green Hippo, AI, Resolume Arena)
Strong ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical personnel
