Co-Founder and CEO

Danny Firpo

Danny is Co-founder & CEO of All of it Now. With a background in film and TV production, disguise programming, screen producing, system design and digital marketing, Danny brings a diverse background of practical effects, live production, and brand marketing to every project.

CTO and Partner

Berto Mora

Berto Mora, a Los Angeles-based digital creator, combines expertise in motion graphics, computer science, and film. As a partner at All of it Now, he innovates in augmented and visual graphics for physical and virtual productions, from Coachella to Fortnite concerts.

With over a decade in real-time technology, Berto is a technologist and futurist committed to open-source education. He creates R&D content, fostering a community focused on entertainment technology knowledge-sharing. As an early adopter, Berto envisions emerging technologies' future, integrating them into entertainment. His goal is to showcase technology's potential and inspire creative thinking.

Co-Founder and President

Howard Wong

With a robust background in computer science, software engineering, IT network administration, live video production, and business management, Howard is a dynamic leader who brings a multifaceted skill set to the table. As the Co-founder & President of All of it Now, Howard plays a pivotal role in steering the company's vision and operations. Howard maintains the administrative, financial, HR, and IT support infrastructure, ensuring that the company's internal systems are robust, efficient, and scalable.

Executive Producer

Nicole Plaza

Nicole leads our team of real-time technologists and content creators. After studying Production Design at SCAD, she joined PRG focusing on live event technologies and later specializing in technical design and production management for large-scale virtual production projects.

As Executive Producer at All of it Now, Nicole oversees staffing and project management. On set, she fills a wide variety of roles, leading teams as a Producer, Production Manager, and VAD Supervisor.

Virtual Production Supervisor

Anthony Vasquez

Anthony is a unique blend of creativity and technology, serving as our resident virtual production supervisor. With roots in information technology, Anthony possesses a deep understanding of the digital landscape, which he harnesses to bring immersive experiences to life. As a virtual production supervisor, he combines technical expertise with creative vision, overseeing everything from asset preparation to real-time rendering for high-profile productions. Director of Business Development

Neil Carman

Neil began his industry experience in 2018 as a touring video technician building LED walls and live virtual AR stages for artists including BTS and 88Rising.

Since then, AOIN has relied on his versatile background in video production hardware, show control systems, and Unreal Engine to streamline and realize the many moving parts of its studio installation, virtual production, and live concert projects.

Lead Technical Artist

Jeffrey Hepburn

Jeffrey is AOIN’s Lead Technical Artist, who has a background in filmmaking. His specializations include real-time environment design, lighting, PBR texturing, and hard-surface modeling. As a UE technical artist, Jeffrey has spent the last 5 years working in virtual production on XR/AR real-time experiences for tradeshows, film, and television focusing on scene preparation, look-development, project file optimisation, tool-building, programming for content integration, and volume operation.

Programmer and Designer

Vishal Sharma

Vishal is an emerging talent in the world of immersive media production, specializing as a Disguise programmer, Notch designer and screens producer. Early in his career, Vishal has quickly made a name for himself by blending technical proficiency with a keen eye for creative design. His expertise in show programming enables him to manage real-time rendering and screens workflows seamlessly, while his Notch design skills allow him to craft dynamic visuals that captivate audiences.

With a strong passion for cutting-edge technology, Vishal thrives in live production environments, where he brings innovative visual concepts to life. As a screens producer, his ability to translate complex designs into flawless live experiences sets him apart, making him a valuable asset on any production team.

Technical Artist and 3D Generalist

Yanjun Chen

Yanjun Chen joined AOIN in 2022, bringing her background as a technical artist for games into the dynamic field of virtual production. Her expertise lies in real-time 3D asset creation, VFX, character rigging and animation, motion capture, and procedural environment modeling. Yanjun is proficient in industry-standard tools such as Unreal Engine, Maya, Houdini, Zbrush, and Substance, which she uses to create immersive and interactive experiences.

Systems Engineer

Mykel Booker

Mykel joined the AOIN team in 2021 and has since developed extensive expertise in real-time visual workflows for live events, film, television, and broadcast. At All of it Now, he applies this knowledge to refine our current practices and push boundaries, driving innovation in uncharted territories.
