PRODUCER / PROJECT MANAGER

All of it Now is looking for a self-motivated and team-oriented individual to manage projects from conception to execution, while conveying company values and collective vision. The opportunities coming through our pipeline are exciting, challenging, and inspirational, with recent work including augmented reality projects for Halsey and BTS as well as Intel and Facebook. The projects we span include a healthy dose of technology pioneering, onsite production, content creation, video operation, and client and team management. We’re looking for someone who exudes excitement at the opportunity to trailblaze the possibilities of visual arts.

Responsibilities:

• Work with the Sales Manager, Operations Manager, Finance Manager, and client to shape project vision, conceptualize potential results, and manage expectations
• Work with Design team to meet deadlines and exceed client expectations.
• Strategize & coordinate client and team meetings so ideas and deliverables are presented clearly with measurable progres
• Maintain quality assurance for all deliverables
• Maintain time-tracking and task classification for all project tasks
• Maintain accurate production book
• Maintain resources and logistical support for team members
• Formulate meeting agendas and lead punctual, productive meetings
• Assimilate project pipeline and recommended best practices
• Inspire better workflow process and work with company operations to implement best practices and procedures
• Design project roadmap based on creative process and project statement of work
• Motivate, support and oversee the team, ensuring that KPIs are upheld and surpassed whenever possible
  
• Reconcile project expenses with Finance Manager
  

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years experience as a project manager
• Has experienced full scope of project lifecycle phases
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal
• Excellent organizational skills
• A good grasp of the industry and the main players driving cutting-edge technologies 
• Keen design sense
• Flexible and receptive to critique
• Composure under pressure and hard deadlines
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Qualifications:

• Proficiency with G-Suite Sheets or similar spreadsheet software
• Proficiency with Asana or similar project management software
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Suite - After Effects, Premiere, Illustrator, Photoshop
• Familiarity with motion design, Cinema 4D, and 3D animation workflows
• Familiarity with Virtual Reality / Mixed Reality / Augmented Reality workflows
• Interest in film and video compositing workflows
• Experience with production planning and on-site installation 

Bonus:

• Knowledge in Scrum / KanBan project management frameworks
• Knowledge in video game development
• Knowledge in generative content workflows

• Coordinate client and team meetings as needed with the ability to articulate ideas and progress clearly

• Maintain quality assurance for all deliverables and the final product

• Manage contracts, budgets, accounting, and cost analysis for each project

• Inspire better workflow process and work with company operations to implement best practices and procedures

• Minimum 2-3 years experience as a producer / project manager

• Strong communication skills, written and verbal

• Excellent organizational skills

• A good grasp of the industry and the main players driving cutting edge technologies 

• Keen design sense

• Flexible and receptive to critique

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Familiarity with Cinema 4D and 3D animation workflows

• Interest in film and video compositing workflows
