PRODUCTION MANAGER
All of it Now is actively seeking a production manager with strong organizational and operational fluency to help oversee event-oriented projects, and the management of our active warehouse space.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients regarding project requirements and logistics
- Coordinate production logistics with equipment, staffing, and shipping vendors
- Coordinate production logistics with internal production team
- Provide accurate time estimates for production logistics
- Assist in evaluating feasibility of proposals
- Work within company guidelines for project formatting / team workflow
- Inventory management
Requirements:
- 3+ years of production experience
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to lead and manage a team
- Ability to balance multiple projects
- Ability to interpret specification sheets and product manuals
- Effective resource allocation of both equipment and labor
- Willingness to travel and work on-site directly with clients
- Eagerness to suggest and implement improvements to workflow
Qualifications:
- Understanding of production rigging standards and terminology
- Understanding of film and broadcast standards and terminology
- Familiarity with video display equipment (TVs, projectors, LED walls)
- Familiarity with computer hardware, software, and file formats
- Knowledge of electrical terminology, equipment, and power distribution
- Knowledge of basic IT networking infrastructure and deployment
