UNREAL ENGINE DEVELOPER

All of it Now is looking for self-motivated and team-oriented Unreal Engine technical artists/developers. The opportunities coming through our pipeline are exciting, challenging, and inspirational, with our most recent work including projects for Facebook, Nickelodeon, America's Got Talent, Demi Lovato, and BTS. The projects we span include a healthy dose of technology pioneering, onsite production, content creation, and video operation. We’re looking for creatives who exude excitement at the opportunity to trailblaze the possibilities of visual arts. The ideal candidate will come with extensive Unreal Engine experience and a desire to learn more. They will work with our Virtual Production, Pipeline, and Art teams to support the deployment of real time engine technologies within the Film and Television industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicating and visualizing real-time aspects directly with the Lead Artist, Director, DP, and Producers during production
  • Working with the design team to ensure timely deliveries while exceeding client expectations
  • Maintain and troubleshoot computer system and network issues related to both hardware and software
  • Proactive in gathering information and be able to execute solutions in solving artist issues, on all levels of urgency and severity
  • Ensuring smooth workflow during film production by addressing additional tasks caused by unforeseen circumstances
  • Ensure all necessary elements, assets, plates, and captures are recorded and organized
  • Undergo training and have the self-motivation to develop knowledge in virtual production workflows

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience with Unreal Engine
  • Interest or experience with Pixotope and Reality Engine
  • Knowledge of green screen and studio production environments
  • Strong, functional, working knowledge of all aspects of real-time production, which includes: modeling, animation, texturing, lighting, vfx simulation, and compositing
  • Excellent knowledge of blueprinting and system development
  • Ability to remain calm and confident in a fast-paced environment

Preferred:

  • Recent or Expected BA/BFA or BS degree in STEM or CG related field
  • Experience with C++
  • Experience providing technical support
  • Proficiency with G-Suite Sheets or similar spreadsheet software
  • Proficiency with Adobe Suite - After Effects, Premiere, Illustrator, Photoshop
  • Understanding of Virtual Reality / Mixed Reality / Augmented Reality workflows
  • Interest in Software Development and video compositing workflows

PRODUCER / PROJECT MANAGER

All of it Now is looking for a self-motivated and team oriented individual to manage projects from conception to execution, while conveying company values and collective vision. Projects can consist of any variation of the following: equipment rental, technology pioneering, content creation, onsite production, video operation, and client and team management. The opportunities coming through the pipeline are exciting, challenging, and inspirational.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with sales manager and the client to shape project vision, conceptualize potential results, and manage expectations

  • Understanding of creative process

  • Pro-active problem-solving abilities.

  • Develop timeline and deliverables schedule to most efficiently drive job completion through daily workflow 

  • Motivate, support and oversee the team, ensuring that KPIs are upheld and surpassed whenever possible

  • Coordinate client and team meetings as needed with the ability to articulate ideas and progress clearly

  • Maintain quality assurance for all deliverables and the final product

  • Manage contracts, budgets, accounting, and cost analysis for each project

  • Inspire better workflow process and work with company operations to implement best practices and procedures

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years experience as a producer / project manager

  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal

  • Excellent organizational skills

  • A good grasp of the industry and the main players driving cutting edge technologies 

  • Keen design sense

  • Flexible and receptive to critique

  • Composure under pressure and hard deadlines

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Qualifications:

  • Basic knowledge of Adobe suite - After Effects, Premiere, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.

  • Familiarity with Cinema 4D and 3D animation workflows

  • Experience with motion design and animation principles

  • Interest in film and video compositing workflows

  • Interest in technology and computers

  • Experience with production planning and on-site installation
