VFX DESIGNER

All of it Now is looking for experienced visual effect designers to join our diverse team of creatives. The opportunities coming through our pipeline are exciting, challenging, and inspirational, with our most recent work including projects for Facebook, Nickelodeon, America's Got Talent, Demi Lovato, and BTS. The projects we span include a healthy dose of technology pioneering, onsite production, content creation, and video operation. We’re looking for creatives who exude excitement at the opportunity to trailblaze the possibilities of visual arts.

Responsibilities:

Communicating and visualizing real-time aspects directly with the Lead Artist, Director, DP, and Producers during production
Work with design team to generate assets, animations, design materials
Provide accurate time estimates for content generation / feature requests
Work within established company guidelines for project formatting / team workflow

Requirements:

BA or BFA degree
Strong, functional, working knowledge of all aspects of real-time visual effects production
3+ years of client experience
Keen design sense
Flexible and receptive to critique
Eagerness to explore new software and design platforms
Ability to work under tight deadlines

Qualifications:

Working knowledge of Cinema 4D and 3D animation workflows
Fluent with Adobe suite - After Effects, Premiere, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.
Working knowledge of film and video compositing workflows
Familiarity with production workflows and terminology
Familiarity with various media servers (disguise / d3, Green Hippo)
Familiarity with sensor devices (depth cameras, motion capture)
Familiarity with data input formats (MIDI, OSC, ArtNet, JS)
Familiarity with AR / VR / 360° workflows
Experience with mocap platforms (Blacktrax, Perception Neuron, Stype)

MOTION DESIGNER

All of it Now is looking for experienced motion designers to join our diverse team of creatives. We’re a small studio that tackles BIG jobs, so if you’re keen on pushing the boundaries of design and making awe-inspiring work, this might be the job for you.

Responsibilities:

Work with design team to generate assets, animations, design materials
Assist in the ideation and conception of installations and content design
Generate proposal resources and materials
Generate video assets for social media / company marketing
Provide accurate time estimates for content generation / feature requests
Work within established company guidelines for project formatting / team workflow

Requirements:

3+ years of client experience
Motion design experience for physical spaces and large scale installations (e.g., architecture, installations, exhibits, events, retail)
Keen design sense
Flexible and receptive to critique
Eagerness to explore new software and design platforms
Ability to work under tight deadlines
Willingness to travel and work on-site directly with clients
